Cats are some of the fiercest predators alive today, but their extinct relatives would have been even more impressive. From the giant American lion to the sabre-toothed cat with its ferocious teeth, join scientist Ashley Reynolds for an examination of the past, present, and future of one of humanity’s favourite creatures.

Explore our region’s trees and get to know the green canopy above us. With ROM’s new Field Guide to Trees of Ontario as the foundation, contributing authors Deborah Metsger and Sarah Hodges guide us on a journey of discovery through our botanical worlds – both urban and rural.
