ROM After Dark

ROM After Dark (RAD) is an exciting 19+ after-hours event series that transforms the Museum like never before. This unique nighttime celebration features live music, pop-up performances, groundbreaking visual arts, and distinctive food and drink. Each themed event offers a fresh, exciting way to explore ROM, with experiences ranging from live DJ sets to interactive workshops, ensuring no two nights are ever the same.

Free with admission. Hike the ROM trails are back for a limited time! This winter, forget malls and slippery sidewalks. Instead, exercise your body and your mind inside our spacious galleries, away from inclement weather. Hike the ROM walking trails take you on a journey of engaging and unexpected discovery through three floors of galleries. Designed to help you conquer your daily steps goals, each trail invites you to move at the speed you like, all while exercising your body and your mind. Guild of Immortals
The Guild of Immortals welcomes young ROM Members into its ranks. If you are curious about the world, join us as we explore the Museum from top to bottom in search of answers. When you register, you will receive a handbook filled with fun activities and interesting facts. Seekers who complete their handbook will receive a Guild of Immortals seal and a special glow-in-the-dark enamel pin to commemorate their accomplishment.

Hack the ROM
Applications are open Apply Now Hack the ROM engages Grades 4-10 Indigenous students and their peers throughout Northern and Southern Ontario. Presented in partnership with celebrated game studio Ubisoft Toronto, this cohort-based sessional program builds students’ digital literacy skills through the development of digital media projects inspired by the Indigenous Ancestors at ROM. Participating classes regularly engage with staff and resources at ROM throughout this five-month program. Minecraft: Education Edition is a game-based learning platform that promotes creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving in an immersive digital environment. For several years, the ROM has invited students onto its pilot Minecraft server to build meaningful, personalized learning across a wide variety of themes including science, resource use, community, cultural respect, and the cascading impacts of individual actions. Summer Club
Set your kids up for a summer of fun times and creative learning. Summer Club is back – celebrating its 82nd year – with immersive, in-person camp programs unlike anything else in the city. Engaging, energetic, and full of activities, our summer programs feature classroom and in-gallery learning, bringing kids face to face with the stories held within the vast art, culture, and nature collections at ROM.
