Polish Heritage Day activities include:

• Live music and traditional folk dancing performances (10:30 am to 2:30 pm - Currelly Gallery);
• Learn to paint your own Polish Easter Eggs (10 am to 4 pm - Queen’s Park Rotunda);
• Music by award-winning Polish-Canadian artists Leonard Gilbert, Amadeusz Kazubowski-Houston and more (12pm to 5pm - RBC Glass Room);
• Author readings of Copernicus Avenue by award-winning author Andrew J. Borkowki and Eva Stachniak international bestselling author of The Winter Palace (1 to 2pm - Eaton Theatre)
• Short films from the Toronto Polish Film Festival (3:15 pm to 5:15 pm - in the Eaton Theatre)
• Exhibits by Polish-Canadian artists including sculptor Wojtek Biczysko and Polish-Canadian artist Ania Biczysko (10 am to 4 pm – Bronfman Hall);
• An installation of In the Footsteps of Polish Pioneers, a photography exhibit which captures a disappearing history through old and new photographs; and
• Gallery tours through the ROM’s Samuel European Galleries at 11 am, 1 pm and 2pm, tracing the stylistic progression of armour and weaponry in both military and civilian contexts.
