Celebrate Halloween with #FNLROM and
Family Funday at the ROM this weekend
The Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) promises Goosebumps and Trick or Treat thrills this weekend. With regular operating hours and a full schedule of events and exhibitions, including #FNLROM , the stunning CHIHULY exhibition, and Art, Honour, and Ridicule: Asafo Flags from Southern Ghana, ROM visitors can also expect ghosts, goats, dinosaurs and superheroes throughout the Museum all Halloween weekend.
WHAT: Halloween Weekend at the ROM highlights include:
- #FNLROM: Goosebumps: Come in your Halloween best, and experience the weird, wacky, and spooky at #FNLROM (for guests 19+)
- Trick or Treat: Your chance to participate in a ROM Halloween Parade, and experience The Goat, the Honey and the Museum: a project by The Great Bill Burns. On Saturday only, don’t miss The Great Goat Milking featuring goat milking, honey rendering and the mixing of the milk and honey. This unique experience takes place on the ROM Plaza, rain or shine.
- Exhibitions on display include the specially priced CHIHULY, along with Art, Honour, and Ridicule: Asafo Flags from Southern Ghana and A Third Gender: Beautiful Youths in Japanese Prints.
- Guided tours of the Museum’s permanent galleries and special exhibitions

WHEN: Friday, October 28 to Sunday, October 30, 2016 (10:00 am to 5:30 pm)
#FNLROM takes place on Friday, October 28, 2016 (Doors open at 7:00 pm)
Trick or Treat runs from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday, October 29 and Sunday, October 30, 2016
Guided tours are available on Saturday and Sunday (11:00 am to 3:00 pm)
