*ESL program

Practice your English language skills in casual conversation sessions themed around different Museum topics. Sessions are held every month during Third Tuesday Nights Free, and are open to everyone at any level in their English language learning journey, from beginners to advanced learners. You can come alone or bring friends and family with you. You’ll have the opportunity to explore the Museum in small groups so you can practice speaking and listening in a friendly setting. And, language prompts that match your skill level will make it easier to talk about what you see in the galleries.

In December, we will explore Picnics and Pastimes: The Safavid Tiles. Using the displays to help you start fun conversations, our sessions are more than just a language class. They’re a great way to build your language skills and meet new people while enjoying the Museum’s amazing collections.

Admission to ROM is free on Tuesday, December 17 from 4:30 PM onwards.
