Hands-on discovery for the young...and young at heart.
Mossy frogs, a touchable shark jaw, snake skin, a fox's den and more beckon in a hands-on gallery designed to connect visitors in a fun, family-friendly environment to the amazing variety and interdependence of plants and animals. Learn about invasive Asian carps that could threaten our native species and the health of our Great Lakes in the Carolinian Forest and Great Lakes Marsh displays. Touchable specimens, interactive displays, photo-ops, and trained facilitators invite you to actively explore hundreds of specimens that reflect the Museum's collections and research.
