Join us for Practice English, a program for anyone on their English language learning journey, no matter their level.
In February we will explore the Teck Suite of Galleries: Earth's Treasures, using the minerals on display, with their many colours, shapes and sizes, to start interesting conversations about how colours are present in nature and in our lives. Practice English is not a language class, but rather, it’s a great way to build your language skills and meet new people while enjoying the museum’s amazing collections.
Admission to ROM is free on Tuesday, January 18 from 4 to 8:30 PM. You need to reserve a free ticket for the museum during Third Tuesday Night Free to be able to participate in this Practice English program.
Held every month during Third Tuesday Nights Free
This event is open to everyone, from beginners to advanced learners, alone or in a group. We explore a gallery of the museum in small groups so you can practice speaking and listening in a friendly setting. We will give you language material that matches your skill level, making it easier to talk about what you see in the gallery.
