Bio
Dan Mishra is chairman of 4thWave, a digital platform provider which recently partnered with payments technology giant Mastercard, with 4thWave’s supply chain financing and collections platform to be integrated into Mastercard’s InControl for Commercial Payments (ICCP), a B2B payments solution.
Mr. Mishra previously founded CSDC Systems Inc, a software company which developed a case management and process automation platform (“AMANDA”) for governments and regulatory agencies that was adopted by the public sector around the globe. CSDC Systems was acquired by BuildGroup, a private equity firm in Austin, Texas, in 2017.

A philanthropist and entrepreneur, Mr. Mishra has been involved with investment, asset-development and technology companies in Canada, the United Arab Emirates, India, the Middle East, and Africa. His support facilitated the establishment of Shree Jagannath Temple Canada. A patron of SATHI Charitable Public Healthcare, a research and advocacy institution in India, Mr. Mishra has also supported organizations promoting Odisha arts and culture.
Born in India, Mr. Mishra first came to Canada as a student in 1969. He has studied at the Indian Institute of Science (Bachelor of Technology), Ravenshaw College (Bachelor of Science, Physics), and University of New Brunswick (Masters in Engineering).
Mr. Mishra has been a Governor on the ROM Foundation Board since 2017.
