Bio
Roly Browning Watt is a lawyer practicing in the area of estates and trusts, in association with the firm of Mills & Mills LLP.
He is a President of Empyrion Corporation and Chairman of The Browning Watt Foundation.
With a strong family tradition of volunteering, Roly has served as chair or vicechair of the Don Mills Foundation for Seniors, North York General Hospital Foundation, Better Living Charitable Foundation and The Rosedale Day School.
He is a trustee of The Pet Trust at the Ontario Veterinary College at the University of Guelph.

Roly is Past Chair of The Upper Canada College (UCC) Foundation and continues to serve as a trustee of the UCC Foundations in both the United States and the United Kingdom.
He received his B.A. from the University of Western Ontario in 1965 and his J.D. from the University of Toronto Law School in 1968. He was created Queen’s Counsel in 1982.
