About

Step into a world where colours speak louder than words. This engaging and supportive art therapy workshop, which draws on some of the themes from Nature in Brilliant Colour, invites you to explore the deep connection between colour and emotion through creative expression. No artistic skills are needed—just an open mind and a willingness to play with colour. Guided by professional art therapists, you'll use a variety of materials to illustrate your feelings, create a "mood rainbow," and reflect on how colours shape your emotional landscape. Through mindfulness and group sharing, you'll gain new insights into yourself while connecting with others in a safe and welcoming space. Join us in uncovering the power of colour as a tool for self-expression and emotional well-being.
