    • Learn about the recently acquired artworks by Heidi McKenzie that function in critical dialogue with each other about the history of Indian indentured labour in the Caribbean. 
    • Hear about newly identified artwork by Panchal Mansaram in the Global South Asia collection that reveals him to be an innovative Xerox artist.

  • Speak with ROM experts about real gems and minerals that showcase the beauty and wonder of our planet.
• Dawn of Life Gallery
  • Speak with ROM experts:
    • Discover the early days of the ROM Burgess Shale expeditions and learn about some stunning discoveries and research breakthroughs by ROM scientists.
    • Enjoy a video montage of historical footage and artistic reconstructions narrated by Jean-Bernard Caron in the spectacular immersive theatre in the Dawn of Life Gallery at 7:00 pm, 7:45 pm, and 8:30 pm.
    • See a special selection of fossils not on display and discover samples of Burgess Shale iconography in popular culture.
    • Speak with ROM experts and see real dinosaur fossils not on display.
• Earth Rangers Studio
  • Speak with ROM experts:
    • See colourful bird specimens from ROM’s collections and learn how birds see more colours than humans and get a sense of what they see with the aid of a computer and UV camera.
    • Hear what we have to learn from the diminutive rodents to the majestic whales, how they communicate, and why it is important we know.
    • Play a fun Fact or Fiction Game
• Life in Crisis: Schad Gallery of Biodiversity
  • Speak with ROM experts:
    • Learn what Rabbitfish, Surgeonfish, Cardinalfish, and Clownfish have in common and reef fish identification using fishes from ROM’s collections.
• Hands-on Biodiversity and WonderWorks are open for your enjoyment.

Level 3:

• Speak with a ROM expert as you enjoy Wildlife Photographer of the Year, Centre Block.
• Member Conversation Corner
  • Get to know other ROM Members with insightful questions on culture, nature, and life in general. Groups of 30 will meet for 20-minute sessions in the Temporary European Exhibition Gallery. Sessions:  7:00 pm, 7:30 pm, 8:00 pm, and 8:30 pm
• Ancient Greek and Roman Galleries
  • Speak with ROM experts and see and learn about real objects.
  • ROM Trivia Tour
    • Enjoy this mini tour that combines gameshow-style fun with ROM’s most iconic objects. Tours start at 7 pm, 7:25 pm, 7:50 pm, 8:15 pm, and 8:40 pm just inside the Greek and Roman Gallery entrance.
• European Gallery
  • Get hands-on with nature and explore a fascinating collection of specimens from ROM's vaults.
  • Relax with adult colouring and enter a contest, for a chance to win a prize.
  • Play a fun game of Trivia—ROM Style and show off your knowledge of art, culture, and nature as our quiz master fires off questions about Canada's most visited museum.
  • Discover native reptiles with Reptilia at ROM! Learn, explore, and enjoy hands-on fun.
  • ROM Iconic Tour
    • Explore ROM's most iconic treasures. Tours start at 7 pm, 7:25 pm, 7:50 pm, 8:15 pm, and 8:40 pm inside the European Gallery entrance.
