About
A favourite of the ROM's Aegean Bronze Age collection since it came to the museum in 1931, this beautiful ivory figurine has also been believed to be a fake created in the early 20th century. The display, which includes interactive research pages, reveals the story of the 'Minoan' Goddess and discusses whether science is today able to resolve the question of date. The ROM 'Goddess will be on display in the Eaton Gallery of Rome as part of the ROM 100 centennial celebration.
